Check-in: from 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check-out: before 10:00 AM, to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Upon your arrival and departure, we will welcome you on site to:

• Carry out the check-in and check-out inspection,
• Hand over the keys,
• Show you how the villa works (appliances, air conditioning, pool, security, Wi-Fi, etc.),
• Answer any questions you may have to ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance to help us organize this personalized welcome.

The property is reserved exclusively for the guests listed in the booking.

Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval from the host.

No parties or events are allowed.

The maximum number of guests is 6.

🔇 3. Respect for the Neighborhood
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Any noisy or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

🚭 4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. (Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, using the ashtray provided.)

🐶 5. Pets
Pets are not allowed, unless specifically approved by the host prior to booking.

🧹 6. Cleanliness and Maintenance
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.

Take out the trash before departure.

Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.

All dishes must be washed before departure.

🔒 7. Safety
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not disable smoke detectors.

Indoor and outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

Charcoal barbecues are not allowed (a gas barbecue and plancha may be used). Let’s protect our Catalan scrubland together 🌿.

In case of emergency, immediately contact the host or emergency services (112).

Please use all appliances with care.

Do not change the settings of the heating, air conditioning, or Wi-Fi without authorization.

Any damage, malfunction, or incident must be reported promptly to the host.

As part of an environmentally responsible approach inspired by sustainable hospitality, Villa Oléa encourages you to adopt a few simple actions:

• Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa,
• Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on,
• Limit water consumption, especially for the pool and showers,
• Sort waste using the recycling bins provided,
• Reuse towels whenever possible, as in eco-friendly hotels.

These small efforts help preserve the beauty of our Catalan landscape while ensuring a comfortable and responsible stay.

The pool is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. For your safety and comfort:

• Access is reserved for those who can swim,
• Children must be supervised at all times by an adult,
• Do not run, dive, or jump from the edges,
• No glass or fragile items are allowed around the pool,
• Apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before swimming.

The pool is maintained by a professional; please do not handle any technical equipment. Thank you for keeping it a peaceful and responsible relaxation area 🌿.

🚫 11. Charging Electric Vehicles
It is strictly prohibited to charge electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the property’s electrical installations, unless expressly authorized by management and using equipment specifically designed for this purpose.

This measure is intended to prevent any risk of overload, electrical incidents, or fire.

Any unauthorized connection will be considered a violation of these house rules and may result in penalties.
